The Mello RC Elite Memo is a written compensation memorandum prepared and signed by a licensed Enrolled Agent. It documents the analysis of your business facts, duties, hours and wage evidence, with the assumptions and limitations stated in writing.

Not necessarily. Before paying for another report or memo, identify the additional work you need. Your existing report and your accountant's explanation may already address your questions. A second document is not automatically better support.
Does either option guarantee IRS acceptance?
No. Neither a software report nor a signed memorandum guarantees IRS acceptance or a particular salary. The IRS considers the services you perform and the facts of your business, including duties, time, experience and comparable pay. A signature alone does not establish that a salary is reasonable.
